You have 100 days to return your order. Register your return here and then send the parcel back to us yourself. Return shipping is at your own cost.
Is something damaged, missing, or did you receive the wrong size? Please email us at support@kleidereisen.de and we'll take care of it.

Once your parcel arrives, we usually check it and issue your refund within 7 days. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 14 days.
Use the email address or postcode you entered when ordering. You'll find your order number in your order confirmation. Business customers and orders from outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland), please contact support@kleidereisen.de.
